This is a trick question, as focusing on what feels good encourages an equal focus on perceived threats to those good feelings. This mental trickery is human nature, but your Soul knows better (as reflected by your heart’s leanings).
Be Still and See
Letting thoughts be without direct and willful focusing opens us to our natural way of Being (easy). We are naturally potential-rich (expansive) and consistently in Joy – we have to be still to see. We aren’t bound to *anything* beyond the thoughts we choose to think. Knowing this is being free.
